Terms of use
These terms cover your use of instacashforjunkcars.com and any offer request you send through it to Insta Cash for Junk Cars. Last updated 30 September 2026.
Using the website
The guides and pages on this site explain how junk car offers work in general. They're information, not legal or financial advice. Rules on titles and vehicle transfers are set by the state; check with the Illinois or Indiana authorities if your situation is unusual.
Offer requests
- Sending the form asks for an offer. Neither side is bound to a sale by it.
- We give offers by phone. No price is shown on this website.
- An offer is based on the details you give us. It becomes a firm price at pickup, once the car has been checked and matches its description.
- If the car doesn't match (missing parts, different condition, paperwork or VIN that doesn't match), we'll tell you what's different and may revise the offer. You're free to decline.
Your part
- Give accurate details about the car and its condition.
- Only sell a car you have the right to sell. Without a title, tell us what papers you have; Illinois rules decide which papers work for a scrap sale, and we confirm on the call.
- Remove your personal belongings and, if you want to keep them, the license plates before pickup.
Pickup and payment
Towing is free. You're paid at pickup, when the car is collected and the paperwork is signed over. Same-day pickup is often possible but depends on timing and location, so we agree the time with you.
Accuracy of this site
We keep the pages accurate and up to date, but we can't promise every page is free of errors. Where a page and a conversation with us differ, what we agree with you on the call applies.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" line above tells you which version you are reading.
