Privacy policy
This page explains what Insta Cash for Junk Cars does with the details you send through the offer form on instacashforjunkcars.com. Last updated 30 September 2026.
Information the offer form asks for
The offer form asks for eight pieces of information, and nothing else:
- About the car: year, make, model, and whether you have the title.
- About you: your full name, your phone number, and where the car is (city, ZIP or street).
- The name of this website, added automatically so we know where the request came from.
How we use it
To call you about the car you described, give you an offer, and arrange the pickup if you accept. We don't sell your details, and we don't use them to send you marketing.
Where it goes
When you press the button, the form sends your details to the system we use to receive and handle offer requests. They're shared with the people who call you and the driver who collects the car, as far as each needs them to do that job.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. The pages are plain, fast-loading files; the only script that sends data anywhere is the offer form, and only when you press its button.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your request and any sale that follows, along with the records that come with buying a vehicle.
Removing your details
Ask us to delete your details when we call, or on any later call, and we will, apart from the records of a completed sale.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
