What we do

The name says instant, so here is exactly what that means. You send the year, make, model and title status. We call you back with a number; the form promises that call within 15 minutes. The number is built from what the car is made of, which parts still sell, and its condition and paperwork, the same logic we lay out in how an instant junk car offer is worked out.
No price appears on screen. A person gives you the number, answers your questions and agrees a pickup with you.
How we keep offers
An offer holds when the car matches what you told us. The driver checks the paperwork, the VIN and that the car is complete. If they match, you're paid the offer at pickup. Towing is free and isn't taken out of the number.
Things we leave out on purpose
